Comes w/ Original 1991 - 8x10 "20th Century" Still from the film, "Sleeping with the Enemy".
This signature is marked as obtained on 10-18-90, on verso of the card. This is right around the time of her reaching superstar status with the release of "Pretty Woman"
Very uncommon this early in her career.
