One page, 8.5" x 11", April 12, 1951, Paramount Pictures Corporation - four week suspension agreement for Holden turning down a part in the film, "Remember That Face". the role eventually was played by Broderick Crawford.

Also included is a March 6, 1951, two-page letter from Columbia Pictures to Paramount Pictures pertaining to a loan out agreement with William Holden and that Columbia is in turn, loaning William Holden to Warner Brothers Pictures for the Film, "Force of Arms". This 2nd agreement is not signed by Holden.
