July 10, 1947, Two page, single sided 8 1/2 x 14, minutes signed by studio head Samuel Goldwyn from a 1947 "Board of Directors" meeting to ratify recently signed contracts.
Among the long list of projects negotiated for the studio, is a mention of The Bishop's Wife, the Goldwyn 1947 film directed by Henry Koster and starring Cary Grant, Loretta Young, and David Niven.
Goldwyn signed in black ink boldly. Also signed by Corporate studio secretary, A.R. Evens. Each page folded, otherwise very fine and unusual item.
