2 1/4 x 4 1/4 signed page, taken from what appears to have been a "Playbill" page, signed in blue ink. Dated in the lower border as being obtained in New York in 1984.
Comes with a vintage 8x10 still of Hoffman as "Ratso Rizzo" from "Midnight Cowboy". Paper adhesions on the right side of the photo from where the signature was tipped onto the photo. Handstamps on verso stating the photo is loaned from "Movie Star News". Fine
