1941 signed 4 3/8 x 5 3/4 album page, culled from a 1940's autograph album. Paper phot attached to page under signature.
The original collector later on, decided to write a bio of Duchin on the front of the page, in a blue ink. Unusual, somewhat strange, but also kind of interesting.
Still an uncommon autograph. Duchin died in 1951, at age 41 of acute myelogenous leukemia.
Comes with a 10 x 8 1/4 - 1934 NBC Publicity Photo. Paper blurb on verso identifies the photo as, "Eddie Duchin dance conductor at piano at Radio City studios".
Bio: Eddy Duchin - (April 1, 1909 – February 9, 1951) was an American jazz pianist and bandleader during the 1930s and 1940s.
