Dec. 23rd, 1950 - 3 ¾ x 6 ½ Bank check signed by Edgar M. Woolley, who in film & stage was known as “Monty Woolley”.
Signed in black ink. No bank perforations are affecting the signature. Clipped lower left corner.
Comes with an original, circa 1940’s CBS 7x9 promo still for the program, “Monty Woolley with Sammy Kaye’s Orchestra”.
The photo is very fine with CBS Radio promo blurb still attached. This radio program ran from 1943 to 1944. Nice combo display of the man affectionally known as “The Beard”.
