8 ½ x 8 - 1938 – William Morris Agency, amendment to a previous agreement, pertaining to “Fanny Brice Dolls” manufactured by the “Ideal Novelty and Toy Company”. The agreement is signed by representatives of Loews Inc., Cameo Doll Company, and Fanny Brice.
Brice has signed at the bottom left, in black fountain pen. The agreement is very fine, with slight overall age toning and two filing punch holes near top edge.
Comes with a modern 8 ½ x 11 paper weight print photo of Fanny in character as “Baby Snooks”.
