Vintage off white 2.75 x 4.75 card, signed in black fountain pen by Ingrid Bergman.
Dated on verso to 1941 in a pencil collector notation, “Swedish Movie Star – summer stock 1941”.
Bergman famously showcased her acting talents for the big studios, in 1941 in Eugene O’Neill’s "Anna Christie" at the Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara, California. She was of course signed by Selznick International and the rest is history.
Comes with a more modern vintage 8x10 print of a 1941 image of Ingrid. Very fine.
A very nice signature of Ingrid at the beginning of her Hollywood career. Also comes with a 2019 RR Auction Certificate.
