Vintage 8 x 10 1/8 -inch black and white glossy publicity portrait, signed in black fountain pen. Dates to the late 1930s or early 1940s.
“To Mary O, All the best Peter Lorre”.
Fountain Pen skips to the signature and the inscription. Good contrast against the white background of his sweater. A couple of minor surface handling dings, invisible when the photo is viewed head-on. Otherwise, very fine.
Red collector handstamp on verso. Tape remnants from a previous mounting also on verso.
