7 ¼ x 10 ½ typed letter on Bette Midler letterhead signed using her 1st name in black ink. The content of the letter is to a pediatric dentist / author concerning a copy of his children’s book, “Willipus Wallipus” that he had sent to Bette for her recently born (Nov 1986) daughter Sophie.
Very fine with two horizontal mailing folds. It comes with the original transmittal envelope, which is embossed with Bette Midler’s name on it’s verso.
Also comes with a June 2nd1987 7x9 photo of Bette in Los Angeles from an appearance at an AIDS benefit. Descriptive text on the verso of the photo. Plus, ink photographer handstamp.
