Dark ink signature and inscription on a 2x3 sheet that has been adhered to a 4 ¼ x 6 album page.
JSA certification decal on verso of page. Comes with a matching numbered JSA certification card.
Also included is an original 8 x 10 ¼ - 20th Century-Fox portrait still from the 1936 Shirley Temple film, “Stowaway”. The photo is very fine with a couple of bumped corners and one loss of emulsion spot to the right upper white border area. This fault is well away from the main image.
