a 23-year-old climbing her way up the comedy circuit ladder, Carol Leifer signs a release to appear on a possibly upcoming TV show entitled, “Mason Reese and Other People…Going Through an Awkward Stage Called Life”.
As far as we know the show was never sold or produced. This package contains the original release, filled out by Carol and signed at the bottom “Carol Leifer” and dated “10/3/79”.
Also included is Carol’s 1979 head shot photo (approximately 8x10 w/ trimmed borders) with a copy of her resume stapled to the back.
Plus, a contact card filled out by Carol, on which she writes, next to, Any Other Information You Want Us To Know: “I make great fondue”. The flip side lists her complete contact information. (Phone numbers have been blurred in the digital scan. The actual card is not blurred).
Four items in the package presenting an interesting look into the early days of Carol Leifer’s career. Very fine.
