Stanly Kubrick

This signed letter comes from the files of Lydia Wilen, who was an assistant at Polaris Productions, to Stanley Kubrick from the years during the mid 1960’s. Lydia maintained her friendship with Kubrick and continued their correspondence well into the 1970’s. Lydia and her sister Joan, professionally known as “The Wilen Sisters”, are both authors and folk-remedy experts based in New York City. The sisters are co-authors of many books. In addition, Lydia Wilen has acted in the films, “Diary of a Mad Housewife” (1970), “Doc” (1971) and “Network” (1976).
